7-day ascent of Mount Toubkal, in Morocco

Mount Toubkal (4,167m) in Morocco is the highest peak in the Atlas range. This 7-day trip is your opportunity to reach its summit under expert guidance!

The Atlas Mountains stretch 2,500km across northwestern Africa, separating the Mediterranean and the coastlines from the Sahara Desert. On this 7-day mountaineering tour we will climb its highest peak, Toubkal, located in southwestern Morocco.

This ultra prominent peak stands 63 km south of Marrakesh. A 2-hour flight from Barcelona or Madrid will get you there in no time and I will pick you up at the Marrakesh airport. Then, from there, we will drive to the town of Imlil where we will prepare for our ascent.

Throughout the following days, we will tackle this stunning ascent. Furthermore, we will also explore other climbs around Toubkal, such as Akioud (3,900m), Ras n’Ouanoukrim (4,015m), and Imeghras (3,900m). This will allow us to acclimatize before attempting the Toubkal summit on skis. Finally, we will return to Imlil before heading to Marrakech. 

This trip is for skiers with some prior skiing experience. Additionally, you will need to be physically fit. Of course, I will be there every step of the way to help and guide you.
