More info
This 3-day alpine trek is physically demanding and requires endurance and excellent mobility. Participants should be prepared to hike 6 hours per day on steep, uneven terrain and remain stable through extended rocky sections.
The Yatsugatake ridgeline features fixed ladders, rocky scrambles, and narrow exposed paths, so prior experience on similar high-mountain terrain is highly recommended. While technical climbing is not required, surefootedness, balance, and confidence on exposed sections are essential. Participants must also be capable of carrying their own pack for multiple days.
