The 3-day trip in the Adirondack mountains is a great introduction to mountaineering for both beginners and experienced climbers looking for a technical refresher.
We will start our journey early from NYC, arriving the Adirondacks in the afternoon. Once there, we will do a 3-mile hike with our gear to the accommodation. This day will be divided into two: some indoor classes at first and then an outside practice. Finally, we’ll have dinner and spend the night at John’s Brook Lodge.
Our goal for the second day will be to reach the top of the Big Slide Mountain, a fantastic peak of the Adirondacks. Here we’ll be able to put into practice all our recently learned techniques.
The third and last day will be the perfect moment for reviewing all the relevant aspects of the previous days. We will hike back to the trailhead with our gear and then get our transfer back to the city.
Don’t miss your chance to develop your mountaineering skills in the beautiful landscape that the Adirondack mountains offer. Contact us now to make your reservation!
