This being an independent trekking trip, you will be given a detailed map and other information. With that information in hand, you will be able to trek on different routes each day at your own pace. Each route will give you access to a number of beautiful sights in the Anlier forest and the Ardennes. However, if you would like to enjoy the trek with a guide, that is also an option.
The list of spots you will get to explore is varied and wonderful. Some examples include the Bastogne plateau, the valleys of Strange and the Sûre, the La Baseille stream, and much more. And with each day’s hiking route ranging from 13.5 to 20.4 kilometers, you will get an opportunity to immerse yourself in some of the best natural landscapes Belgium has to offer. Moreover, with such extensive hikes that will last from 4 to 5.5 hours, you will also get plenty of exercise as well. And at the end of each night, you will get to rest and relax in a comfortable hotel or guesthouse.
The Anlier forest, and the Ardennes as a whole, are home to some beautiful flora, as well as several species of wildlife including the black stork, otters and warblers. If you wish to get a fun, extensive and peaceful exploration experience in this area, just send me a request. I look forward to hearing from you.
I can also help you enjoy a 3 day hiking trip in the St. Hubert forest as well.

We had a really fantastic day of bouldering in Fontainebleau with our guide Ivan. He is very experienced and knows the region well. He showed us great boulders and routes that we would not have found on our own, and kept a good pace to keep us going for the full six hours.

We got a guide for backcountry skiing in Chamonix. The guide was excellent in fulfilling our wishes even though the viability was poor and snow layer thin. Our goals was to in a quiet nature area with not too many people. We ended up with 1000 meter gain and a ski through the forest over a 6 hour period. I was one of my best ski experiences.
