About 80 km northeast of the city of Temuco, located in the Conguillio National Park, the Llaima Volcano stands out as the highest summit in the region. I’d like to guide you up there!
It is an incredibly beautiful mountain to enjoy an ascent expedition. This 3125-meter volcano is surrounded by araucarias forests and perfect Andean lagoons that give us the most wonderful landscapes.
Join me for this 4 day climbing program that can be enjoyed throughout the year. The ascent to Llaima Volcano is of an intermediate technical difficulty although in winter it becomes a little more demanding due to the Patagonian climatic conditions. All participants should have a basic to moderate physical level.
If you want to contact me and plan your next adventure in Llaima Volcano please send your request now. I have no doubt you will enjoy this trip as much as I do.

UIAGM/IFMGA Mountain Guide from Chile
Mountain guide and instructor from the Chilean Andinism Federation (FEACH) and certified Wilderness First Responder.
I’ve opened several climbing routes in Chile, and was one of the first and very few Chileans to summit Cerro Torre, Fitz Roy, Paine Grande and Torres del Paine.
I climbed almost all the technical mountain in Cajón del Maipo, in Central Chile, and did some of the most important routes in Yosemite, Indian Creek and Patagonia.
And regarding ski mountaineering, I skied down Mount Illimani and Huayna Potosí in Bolivia, and Cerro Castillo, Morado Norte and Sur in Chile.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
