Berna woods tree-to-tree hike, Switzerland

Experience the peaceful Berna woods in Switzerland on this incredible private hiking programme. Located in the beautiful Alps, this unique spot is ideal for meditation and getting in touch with nature. In sum, a perfect break from the routine.

We’ll meet at the Center of Sornetan, and enjoy two hours of nature. We’ll explore the majestic trees to learn about their strength, perseverance and adaptability. On each spot, we’ll carry out a meditation to connect with the trees.

The one-kilometer hike will take us about 20 minutes to reach destination and 20 minutes back to the meeting point. We’ll be able to enjoy 30 peaceful minutes exploring the area.
