Jump on over to the largest lake in Italy and spend three days canyoning the surrounding countryside on this epic adventure! Follow me to some of the top spots for sports enthusiasts and enjoy some of the country´s great outdoors!

Located on the edge of the Dolomites, Lake Garda is a popular holiday destination for its size, beauty, and access. The views from every side and angle are outstanding. There are even many islands on the lake, and the quaint villages along the shore have a front-row seat to the activities taking place on the water.

The surrounding countryside, benefiting from glacial formations of the last Ice Age, is utterly stunning. The climate is mild, and has been one of the reasons people have been seeking out this beautiful region for years and years.

You will be traveling to the surrounding features of Lake Garda and seeing all of this beauty first hand. With your canyoning skills, I will take you down some of the most impressive jumps and slides. Depending on your abilities and your itinerary, there are plenty of options for you to have the time of your life.

Your canyoning program will have a wide variety of activities; if you want to try a little abseiling, I can incorporate this into your trip. The bustling lake will make sure that you can choose your own adventure to enhance your rustling and canyon-jumping program.

This will be a sustained trip, with overnights at a local campsite or hotel. You should be in good physical shape and be mentally prepared for a few days exploring the charming landscapes.

Mountain Guide

I am a IFMGA certified mountain guide and I'm passionated about nature. I was born in 1977 and before entering in the mountain life, I worked as a teacher in Borg Lienz.

I started training as a canyoning guide 15 years ago. Since 2009, I have also trained with canyoning leaders in Carinthia. Additionally, I have been on the road as a mountain and ski instructor. During the summers, I have guided a lot in Switzerland, where I took my guests to many mountains over 4000 meters high. My “motto” in the mountains and in life has always been the same: “Never stop exploring”

I work now for Carnicoalpin where our main objective is leading and accompanying you on steep mountains and great ski slopes with a particular focus set on safety.

i guess it was a little our fault for not investigating the fact that due to weather its not always possible to climb the matterhorn, but we where notice 1 week before that the weather was not good, so it was very complicated to organize something interesting as second option.
