Would you like to discover the unique flora and fauna of Nepal? Then join this amazing 3-day adventure in the Chitwan National Park.
Chitwan National Park is a World Heritage Site, and also the first National Park of Nepal. It is famous for its jungle, its beautiful species of birds, and animal safari. On this adventure, we will travel to this unique location and have the chance to experience the wonders of this stunning place.
We will set off from Kathmandu and once we arrive at Chitwan, we will settle into our hotel and then visit the local ethnic Tharu village. On the next day, we will go on a canoeing excursion on the Rapti River. We will also enjoy a fantastic trek in the jungle, where we will also be able to catch sight of bathing elephants. Furthermore, we could also possibly see different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, wild boars, monkeys, leopards, sloths, and the royal Bengal tiger. Finally, we will drive back to Kathmandu. - Kathmandu Chitwan -Kathmandu transfers by Tourist bus and rest by private vehicle as per the itinerary.
- National Park Fee.
- All jungle activities as mentioned in the program.
- Services of an English speaking naturalist/jungle guide in Chitwan.
- Accommodations: 2 nights at Hotel Jungle crown/Hotel hermitage or similar with all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and all jungle activities as mentioned in the program.

Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Chitwan - Drive to Chitwan (Approx: 185 km/5 hrs drive)
On your arrival at Sauraha Bus park/Tadi or Bharatpur Airport, our staff will receive you. You will then be transferred to our Resort where you will be offered refreshments and be given a briefing and its facilities. After being given your program for the day, your room will then be allocated to you. Overnight at 3-star hotel (Hotel Jungle Crown or similar) 13:00 Lunch. 15:00 Village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus. Visit to the National Park Visitor’s center where you can learn more about the history of the National Park and about wildlife & Sunset view from the bank of Rapti River. 19:00 Tharu cultural dance presentation (which you will also participate in) by the local villagers. 20:00 Dinner. Overnight at Royal Tiget Safari Resort or Tiget Residency Resort or similar.
Day 2: Full day Chitwan Jungle program
06:00 Wake up call. 06:30 Breakfast. 07:00 Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An excellent opportunity for Bird Watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish-eating Gharial. + Jungle Walk + on the way back one can enjoy the elephant bathing. 13:00 Lunch 15:00 Elephant Safari. An excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, wild boar, monkey, leopard, sloth bear and the Royal Bengal Tiger (If you are lucky).You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home. 19:00 Tharu cultural dance presentation or Slides show presentation. 20:00 Dinner. Overnight at 3-star hotel (Hotel Jungle Crown or similar)
Day 3: Drive back to Kathmandu (approx 5 hrs drive) or go to Pokhara etc.
Wake up Call (06:00 am) • Tea/ Coffee/Breakfast (06:30 am) • Bird Watching ( 07:30 am) • Departure (09:00 am).
