Description

Mountain Biking in Patagonia allows you to explore unique spots. This is your chance to discover the breathtaking Circuito Chico, in Bariloche: join me!

Bariloche is one of the most famous cities in Argentina’s Patagonia, located in the Province of Rio Negro. With its breathtaking landscape, it is a perfect base for outdoor adventures. Circuito Chico (Spanish for “Small Circuit”) is a famous route in the region, bordering the Nahuel Huapi Lake and surrounded by the impressive Andes mountains.

First, I’ll pick you at your accommodation and we’ll drive along Bustillo Avenue (with amazing views of Lake Nahuel Huapi) towards our starting point. After a short briefing, we’ll start biking the Circuito Chico and visit Lago Escondido, Arroyo Angostura, Bahía López, Punto Panorámico and the picturesque village of Colonia Suiza.

This scenic road offers spectacular views of Nahuel Huapi National Park. We’ll stop in a perfect spot for a picnic lunch where you can also stretch legs and relax. After that, we will bike up towards Catedral Ski resort for a final thrilling descent to Gutierrez Lake! We use top brand equipment and have van support during the tour, so your safety is guaranteed!

Mountain Guide

I grew up with my family in Patagonia, Argentina. My parents emigrated here from northern Italy, close to the Alps, after the the Second World War, looking for a better life and new opportunities.

My father, Felipe Frasson, nicknamed “Pippo” by his relatives and friends, fell in love with Patagonia, the Andes and the outdoor lifestyle, becoming a great rock climber, alpinist, genuine adventurer and explorer in the 1960- 75’. He did many successful expeditions and first ascents in Patagonia, Argentina and also in the Peruvian Andes.

During my childhood and adolescence, I spent long summers and winters with my family hiking, skiing, climbing and paddling in Bariloche and Patagonia, my place in the world. After graduating as a Physical Education teacher, lifeguard and a qualified mountain guide (member of AAGM), and after travelling all around Patagonia, Chile, Europe and the Dolomites, I founded SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES.

As a guide, I want to pass on my passion for the mountains, nature and the outdoor lifestyle on to others, allowing me to share with visitors from all over the world the natural beauties of this magic land of adventurers & explorers.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
