Highlights

  • Discover one of the legends of the Caucasus

  • Contemplate the fantastic views around Mount Ushba.

Mount Ushba is one of the greatest mountains in the world, one of the legends of the Caucasus. Located in northwestern Georgia, it was the first mount outside the Alps to be compared with the Matterhorn. Indeed, some said… “The Caucasian Matterhorn is found”!

It is the most beautiful and difficult mountain in the Caucasus. Therefore, it is reserved for experienced and well-prepared climbers. A certified mountain guide is a must for this climb.

The view from the top is just incredible…

Please find below the program I usually propose. Of course, I can adapt it based on your time here, what you wish to do and your fitness level.

Please contact me if you are interested in trying the ascent of Mount Ushba. Let’s plan this great adventure together!

I also lead a program to the top of Mount Elbrus. Check it out!

What People are Saying about Denis Savelyev

We loved our experience at Mt Elbrus with our Guide Denis. He was an awesome Guide very knowledgable and skilled. We would use him again. We were greatful for his translation as English was not spoken by many! Mt Elbrus was an amazing place. All lift passes and accommodation excellent. Food was really good. Training days on the mountain was a wonderful experience and my partner made it to the summit with Denis. Sadly I did not but will plan another trip to attempt it myself. I would recommend Denis to anyone wanting to climb Mt Elbrus. Great guy and Guide! Thank you for putting us in touch with him and helping arrange a well organised trip. Very happy customer experience all round!
