Mount Ushba is one of the greatest mountains in the world, one of the legends of the Caucasus. Located in northwestern Georgia, it was the first mountain outside the Alps to be compared with the Matterhorn.

Climbing Mount Ushba is not easy. At 4,710 m (15,450 ft) it is high, but also, it has a very steep profile and the weather is unpredictable. Therefore, it is reserved for experienced and well-prepared climbers. A certified mountain guide is a must for this climb.

This program has a 12-day duration. You can find an outline below, although we can adapt it to suit your preferences and needs. I look forward to guiding you on an unforgettable climb!

What people are saying about Denis

Me and Denis had rock-climbing trip at Sinai mountains on April 2015 We climbed 3 routes PD_AD grade from 5 to 12 pitches each. Everything was good-weather,routes and guide, who did his job perfectly

We loved our experience at Mt Elbrus with our Guide Denis. He was an awesome Guide very knowledgable and skilled. We would use him again. We were greatful for his translation as English was not spoken by many! Mt Elbrus was an amazing place. All lift passes and accommodation excellent. Food was really good. Training days on the mountain was a wonderful experience and my partner made it to the summit with Denis. Sadly I did not but will plan another trip to attempt it myself. I would recommend Denis to anyone wanting to climb Mt Elbrus. Great guy and Guide! Thank you for putting us in touch with him and helping arrange a well organised trip. Very happy customer experience all round!
