Experience hiking across incredible valleys, vast glaciers and amazing pristine lakes in the heart of the Himalaya, reaching the impressive height of 5,644 m, from where you will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of the towering Mt. Everest and all of the stunning surrounding peaks. Along the way you will also be encountering lush pastures, numerous Sherpa bazaars and various ancient Buddhist temples which will allow you to get a glimpse of authentic rural Nepalese lifestyle and culture.
The Everest Base Camp Trek will begin in Kathmandu where you’ll board a short flight (40 min) to the town of Lukla (2,860 m). The next stop will be Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) , a trading post for Sherpas which we’ll reach after walking past countless Mani stones and the typical nepalese strips of prayer flags.
Other villages we will be crossing include Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche among others, as well as the Khumbu region’s most sacred and ancient Buddhist temple, Tengboche Monastery (3,867 m). At this point the trek will become more demanding as we will start our actual climb towards the Everest Base Camp, crossing various stunning glaciers. Once we reach the Base Camp (5,364m) we will be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the entire Khumbu Valley and its Himalayas. But we won’t head back yet, as we will continue our climb to Kala Patthar (5,644 m), from where Mt. Everest will be visible in all its glory as well as the incredible surrounding peaks.

The company itinerary for 14 days trip is quite exciting and accurate, started when I arrived at the Kathmandu airport. The first day I went shopping, the second day, the company sent me a day guide to show me around. We saw several temples, the guide was very knowledgeable. The third day we flew to Lukla and started the trip. I did Everest trekking experience with Narayan, He helped me to choose right gears and was with me as a friend and professional guild through my trip. He always made sure I eat the right food and stopped at the best places. Thanks, Narayan for your patience. Over all I enjoyed the trip very much. It was wonderful and strongly recommend it to all people who like hiking.
We had such a wonderful trekking experience. Special thanks to our tour guide Santosh for making sure we were well looked after, and treating us like family. Without Santosh the trip wouldn’t have been the same. Thanks for everything Santosh ❤️
