Description

Looking for an exotic winter adventure? Join me on this 8-day splitboarding trip in Kyrgyzstan and discover the untouched slopes of the Suusamyr Valley!

Our meeting point will be at the Manas Airport in Bishkek and from there we will drive to the Too-Ashu ski resort. This will be the starting spot for our ascents and descents around the magnificent mountains of this valley.

Located between the Kyrgyz Ala-Too and the Suusamyr-Too ranges of the Tian Shan mountains, the Suusamyr Valley lies about 2,000 to 2,500 meters above sea level. In this breathtaking and mountainous scenery, participants will enjoy 7 kilometers of slopes and an altitude difference of about 1,000 meters.

Although skiers and snowboarders will discover a great variety of ascents and descents, it is important to have some prior experience and a very good fitness level. Also, take into account that depending on snow conditions and group level, our itinerary may change and that we can arrange one day off to do any other activity that you like.

You will find a detailed itinerary below!

It’ll be my pleasure to guide through the amazing Suusamyr Valley. So come with me on this splitboarding adventure and get ready to explore this national treasure!

If you are looking for a different winter adventure, you can also join me on this Splitboarding program in Issyk Kul, 6 days.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
