Masa was a great guide. She shared the history of Fuji and the surrounding area as well as guiding us on our climb. She was very patient and accomodating. She provided helpful tips the day prior to our climb which was very helpful. would recommend her to anyone thinking of climbing fuji in 1 day.

Climbed Mt. Fuji for the first time with my son who came all the way from Boston! We were blown away by the sea of clouds and the endless blue sky — absolutely breathtaking. But what made the experience truly amazing was our guide. From helping us pace ourselves and stay hydrated, to checking our condition at every stage, they were incredibly professional and reassuring. Plus, we learned so many fun facts about Japanese mountains and place names along the way. Safe, fun, unforgettable — huge thanks to Mt. Fuji and our amazing guide!

She took care of the whole trip, from the pre-trip preparation to the hiking companion, and then to the return trip care, so that we can easily enjoy the Japan hiking trip, do not miss any of the scenery, we are very relieved.
