Join me on this wonderful hike around Haute Vallée du Verdon to discover fall colors -almost- year round. Located in the Verdon Natural Regional Park in southern France, this unique area offers charming hiking trails to enjoy nature and the outdoors every month of the year.
What sets this place apart is the possibility to enjoy the reds, oranges, yellows and browns of the fall in every corner of the hike. We will savor this place hiking for four hours, while gaining an elevation of 550 meters. In addition, we will enjoy the attractive forest hut for a picnic lunch by the fire; ideal for a relaxing time while still enjoying the surrounding nature.
Remember to bring with you hiking shoes, a backpack, a warm fleece, a windproof jacket, a liter of water, something for lunch, sunglasses, sunscreen, chocolate bars and cereals. All ready to go!
