food (dried fruit, chocolate etc.); harness; front lamp; lanyard or double lap cord; 3 snap-hook carabiners; bucket; lanyard for machard; ice axes (preferable from piolet traction); waterfall crampons; winter mountaineering boots; hat or headband; buff; warm socks; thermal t-shirt; microfleece; light or similar down jacket; Goretex type waterproof shell; waterproof gloves (2 pairs); Goretex waterproof trousers or dungarees; tights
