Description

We are planning a fantastic ice climbing day program for those who love winter activities, but especially for those who have never practiced it before. Is it your first time facing a frozen wall? Is ice climbing an activity that you would like to try at least once? So join us on this super fun course for beginners. 

The location will be chosen by the group. We are currently running this course in some amazing spots of Minnesota, such as:

  • Robinson Park: an ice park in Sandstone which is perfect for this kind of trips. Here we can find easy frozen vertical lines to practice all day long.

  • Casket Park: situated in West Duluth, it is home of exciting outdoor activities too.

  • Winona Ice Park: a great place where we can climb several frozen walls that offer one of the main climbing options in the country.

We will provide you with all the necessary equipment (boots, crampons, axes, harnesses and helmets). So what are you waiting for? Come and join us for a life-time experience!

I really loved it. Intro to rock climbing was an amazing experience. Explore-share team were so helpful in the process. The trip that I chose in the first place was not available and they managed to find alternatives and offer me the best possible solution in that situation.
