Discover the unique views of Cinque Terre on this 7-day adventure across the Italian Riviera. You won’t regret your choice!
Cinque Terre is a group of villages in La Spezia province, on the Italian Riviera by the Ligurian Sea. The villages in this area are Corniglia, Manarola, Monterosso, Riomaggiore and Vernazza and belong also to the Cinque Terre National Park. With its vineyards, colorful houses and natural terraces by the sea, the area was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Here is where our program will take place.
Our hikes will lead us across the beautiful local vineyards and the wilderness areas between the land and the sea. On our way, we’ll taste some of the delicious local wines and products and learn about the area from the locals.
Kayaking will allow us to contemplate the colorful houses above astonishing cliffs as well as the crystalline waters. We’ll even get the chance to see some of the lovely dolphins in the sea! In addition, we’ll have the chance to enjoy snorkeling and discover marine flora and fauna underwater.

I am Cristina Puppo, a mountain guide, traveler and sportswoman.
I love both the sea and the mountains: intact wilderness areas are the environments I enjoy.
On every opportunity I have, I like to take my time and explore slowly, whether close to home or around the world. I also enjoy practicing my favorite sports and activities: hiking, skiing, rock climbing, mountaineering, kayaking or sailing, as well as discovering the underwater life while snorkeling. But it is human encounters that make the experience even more unique, anywhere you go!
I have a degree in Forestry and Environmental Sciences and chose it because I wanted my office to be in the wilderness. At first, I dreamed about the beautiful forests of northern Europe. One day, I missed my flight and found myself in Mali! In the end, I stayed in Africa for about 7 years and organized environmental and humanitarian projects for small NGOs.
At this moment, I live between Italy and France. In Grenoble, I obtained a Master in Economic Strategies in Sport and Tourism. In addition, I worked in the Ailefroide area at the Guides des Ecrins office.
My job is to organize trips for small groups in both popular and lesser known locations. I am interested in choosing the perfect time and place so we can live exciting experiences from start to finish. Are you fit? Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
