Increase your multi-pitch climbing skills during a 2-day rock climbing course in the classic Canadian Rockies.

Once completed you’ll be able to confidently climb multi-pitches and become a solid rock climber.

Using the Alberta town of Canmore as our base, located in the beautiful Bow Valley that lies close to the picturesque Banff National Park, we’ll practice a variety of multi-pitch climbs in multiple areas around the town.

Whether you’re an intermediate or advanced level, we have a separate course specifically designed for your level. So if you’re looking for your next step towards perfection, spend 2 days’ learning in the majestic Rockies.

During the 2 days you’ll learn a rich variety of skills and abilities, including site safety, hazard assessment and emergency protocols. Master the knot and hitches, and the use of multi-pitch communication.

Learn all equipment and and their limitations; how to build anchors specifically for modern multi-pitches; rope management systems and strategies; rescue scenarios including escaping belays, and raising and lowering; protecting traverses.

And you’ll practice technical descents and lanyards as well as mock leading trad routes; and backing out routes and multi-pitch lead strategies.
