Description
Here at the Castle Rock Climbing Centre in North London I offer the most fun and comprehensive climbing options in the city. It provides the complete indoor climbing experience with a variety of rope climbs available, several different areas for bouldering and even outside climbing options on the external walls during summer.
The Castle Rock Climbing Centre is located half a mile or 5 minutes’ walk from Manor House tube station which you can access via the Piccadilly Line.
I provide bespoke 1 to 1 sessions which means complete flexibility and that the sessions can be tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are a first-time climber, someone with experience wanting to advance their knowledge or a seasoned climber who just needs to tweek their technique.
I offer the following sessions depending on your preference:
Skills
Movement – Motion, flexibility and footwork
Climbing Specific – Improve your clipping, learn dynamic belaying, big walling, rope management, rigging and self-belaying
Short-Term 1 to 1 Learning
Focus on specific goals for trips you will take or specific technical weaknesses
Rapid progression – 1 to 1 sessions allow for a sharp learning curve
Long-Term Bespoke Training
Regular assessments of one’s progression, feedback and focus changes as required
The best practices will be taught along with mindfulness approaches and purposeful training to reap the greatest climbing benefits

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
