Join me for a fun and exciting 1+ day of rock climbing in one of Scotland’s many suitable locations!
Upon booking we can look at all of our options and based on what fulfills your needs best, we will make our plans. Scotland is full of many suitable locations from the Ben Nevis in the Western Highlands to the Cairngorms.
The Western Highlands present plenty of opportunities for rock climbers of every level. For beginners there’s plenty of places to learn the basics in Glencoe, while for those seeking more of a challenge, Britain’s highest peak, Ben Nevis, awaits.
Farther east, inside of Britain’s largest national park sit the Cairngorms. Here you’ll find plenty of simple single-pitch rock faces to learn the sport or practice your techniques.
For those with more experience, the park also offers more physically and technically difficult multi-pitch ascents to the top of one of its many crags.
Regardless of where we choose to go or what we decide to do, our reward after a tough day of climbing will almost always certainly be the astounding views.
Scotland is a beautiful country and rock climbing is one of the many ways to take in scenes of the iconic mountains and lochs that define this wild landscape.
So what are you waiting for? Book now for the opportunity to rock climb in one of Scotland’s many beautiful venues!
If you like the look of this trip then I think you will also enjoy my 1+ day of rock climbing in the lovely Lake District of NorthWest England as well as my 1+ day of rock climbing in Snowdonia National Park!

I am the owner at Rock n Ridge and have spent over 20 years enjoying the mountains of the UK & Europe. I hold the Mountain Instructors Award (MIA) which is the highest ‘summer’ outdoor qualification in the UK. Paul also holds the Winter Mountain Leader qualification, and has qualifications in Mountain Biking, Canoeing & is a Pilates instructor.
I am passionate about my work and find that I can easily build rapport with people. I decided to set up Rock n Ridge in 2017 for my love and passion of the outdoors, as well as the fun and enjoyment of sharing that love with others.
