Type of Trip
The Pyrenees are a fantastic playground for trail enthusiasts.
I invite you to join me in this beautiful region that is where I come from, and to discover with me the beautiful trails of this massif.
The days and stays I organize are for those who want to explore the region and/or come training. Depending on your wishes, I will change the program in a way or another.
We’ll go to the French and/or Spanish side of the Pyrenees.
If you come for several days, we have 2 options:
– We are based in the same place every day, we will run in a different place from the lodging;
– Or we are travel with a different accommodation every night.
I like to take my friends and customers starting from these beautiful villages: Gavarnie, Luz and Cauterets, and Argeles Gazost.
If you are just coming to train, we can also go through some known trails of the region: The Vignemale (45km, 2700 vertical drop), Cabaliros (30km, 2600 vertical drop), the Tour du Pic du Midi d’Ossau ( with a possible ascent) …
I will coach you on :
– Techniques to the ascent and descent
– Effort management
– Diet management
– Rest management
FUN, VOLUME, MEASURE, VARIETY and REST in trail are my keywords.
The good period for trail in the Pyrenees is from May to October.
Depending on the level and objective, I will take up to 6 people with me.
I will help you in transportation from Lourdes or Toulouse if you come by plane. I also take care of on-site logistics (accommodation, catering …).
I invite you to contact me if you want more information on the different program options. I will be happy to coach / guide during your stay here!

What happens if I need to cancel the trip?
If you decide to cancel, you’ll get a 100% refund (minus fees) if the cancellation is notified up to 60 days before the start of the tour, a 75% refund (minus fees) if you cancel between 59 and 30 days before the start of the tour, and a 50% refund if you cancel between 29 and 21 days before the start of the tour. If you cancel less than 21 days before the first day of the tour, you won’t receive a refund. Take into account, however, that if accommodation, flights or transfers were included in the trip you booked, then a different policy may apply as the guide will be bound by the provider’s cancellation policy.
What happens if the guide cancels the trip because of bad weather/unsuitable conditions?
If bad weather or unsuitable conditions force the guide to cancel the trip, he or she will: a) propose a similar activity at a different place where conditions are better, or b) propose to postpone the activity until a later date, or c) cancel. If you refuse option a), our cancellation policy will apply. Please note, however, that the call to cancel a trip due to bad weather can only be made by the guide (not the client).
What happens if the guide doesn’t show up or cancels for personal reasons?
If the guide cancels for reason of injury or other, you will get a 100% refund on your trip.
