Description

The second largest island in Japan, Hokkaido is an amazing place to visit. And during the winter season, there are an abundance of amazing ski resorts, all full of great slopes.

During this full day, group trip, you will get to enjoy the best slopes Hokkaido has to offer. And you will get to enjoy them with the second ranked FWT skier in Japan, and sixtieth ranked FWT skier in the world. Those rankings came as a result of countless hours of practice and competition. By being such an experienced skier, I believe I will be able to offer you the kind of unique experience you might otherwise not get from an instructor or guide. In fact, this trip is a great way for instructors and guides to learn more about skiing as well.

Since there are so many ski resorts to choose from in Hokkaido, it will not be difficult finding the perfect one for you. However, the choices will not be at a beginner level. Instead, they will be at an intermediate or higher level, which your skill level should be when participating in this trip.

Please note that you will need to sign a liability waiver prior to the beginning of the trip.
Participant will need to have appropriate insurance coverage (including skiing and snowboarding).

Also, for safety and liability reasons, we will stay within ski resort boundaries at all times.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
