Description

Mount Adamello (3539m), in Italy, is the second highest peak of the Adamello-Presanella Alps. Famous for its big glaciers, this area is perfect for ski touring adventures. Come and join me for an unforgettable winter experience!

Located in Val Camonica, Lombardy (Province of Brescia), Adamello features a huge glaciated area. At the foot of the Presena Glacier, the Passo Tonale ski resort offers the possibility to access Pisgana and Pisganino, the most famous ski touring spots of the region.

On this winter tour, we will use the lifts to reach Passo Presena (3000 m.). Then, after a short descent, we will climb with skins to Passo Pisgana (2933 m.) and ski down along the Pisganino glacier. Otherwise, another option is to climb 200 meters more to Passo Bedole (3150 m.) and descend the Pisgana glacier.

You can join me for a couple of days or more and enjoy both descents! However, keep in mind that you need to be at least an intermediate skier and to have a good fitness level.
