Discover the last great wilderness in the world. Join me for an exciting 10-day adventure and enjoy 7 full days of skiing and sailing in the Polar Circle, along the south-west coast of Greenland.

This trip will take you to impressive settings of nature, almost untouched by man.

After an evening in Copenhagen and the long flight westwards, the starting point of this exciting week of ski touring will be Nuuk. The small capital of Greenland lies at the southern tip of the island, at the mouth of a deep fjord surrounded by mountains.

During this adventure, we’ll explore the coast northwards, anchoring in a different bay each evening.

In our search for the best runs and snow, we may find deep powder as well as delicious and easy spring snow.

Besides, we'll stay on a refurbished trawler specially adapted for Polar cruises. This will be our warm and comfortable home during the trip.

Our warm and comfortable home during the trip will be a sturdy sailing boat specially adapted for Polar cruises, under the safe guidance of a seasoned skipper with several round-the-world trips under his belt

From the deck you'll see a breathtaking landscape of islands, fjords, impressive glaciers, icebergs and mountains rising directly from the sea, with peaks above 2000 m.

The easy ascents begin at sea level and go up to 800 to 1300 m. At the end of a climbing day, vast virgin slopes will bring you back to the shore, where the Zodiac awaits.

Back on board, there'll be time to relax in the privacy of your cabin. Or even to discuss the day around a drink in the saloon, while the boat quietly departs for the next destination.
