Description

The picturesque Lofoten Islands of Norway are scattered just north of the Arctic Circle, sandwiched between the Vestfjord and the Norwegian Sea.

Majestic mountains and steep Nordic peaks characterise the Lofoten Islands, which are surrounded by deep blue fjords.

The wide variety of terrain offers an endless playground for skiers of all levels of ability. From the gentle slopes that seem to fall into the sea to steep channels climaxing in the highest point in the archipelago, Higravstinden, standing at 1,146 meters.

We’ll explore the area between the sea and mountains, offering incredible and unparalleled views as we ski tour from a comfortable lodge.

Our springboard lodge is located in the harbour of Henningsvaer. It offers a great contrast of being one of the oldest fishing houses in the village while containing a modern interior.

Consisting of 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, the lodge offers extreme comfort as well as possessing a sauna and wifi which is the perfect combination to recharge in style.

And the majesty of the mountains aren’t the only things on show. Experience the elaborate Norwegian cuisine each night after a tough day of skiing. Based on locally-sourced ingredients, we’ll sit back and enjoy a 3-course menu full of flavour.
