Dolpo is divided into four beautiful valleys, which are the Tsharka (“good growing”), Tarap (“auspicious “), Panzang (“abode of monks”), and Nangkhong (“innermost place”). By their names themselves, they speak, and all around these valleys are small local villages where the peaceful people tend to their simple lives. Also, in this region is the stunning Shey Phoksundo National Park, renowned for its beauty.

We had an amazing Mardi Himal trek. We booked last minute and we were dealt with promptly and professionally. The trek was fully customisable including a stay in a lovely hotel and bus rides to and from Kathmandu. Our guide Amir was awesome and made our trek everything we wanted. Thank you so much!
