Description

Throughout the majestic Alps mountain range, there are endless spots worth seeing, exploring and admiring. As a result, just the thought of taking in the entirety of the range in one trip seems impossible. However, on this 3 day trip, where you will get to trek through the Vanoise national park in France, you will get to see and enjoy a huge portion of the Alps.

Located in the French department of Savoie, the Vanoise national park is tremendous. The pure natural wonder of the park is nothing short of amazing. And on this hiking tour, I would like to show you as much of it as possible.

We will be walking between 6 and 8 hours per day on this trip. Hence giving you the chance to see a great deal. The terrain will not be difficult to walk on, but because of the amount of time we will be walking, and the amount of ground we will be covering, participants should be in good physical condition.

We will scale several easy peaks in Vanoise during this trip, all of which will take us to an elevation of at least 3,000 meters. Thus giving you terrific view points of the area’s assortment of pastures, lakes, rivers, valleys and glaciers. And at the end of each day, we will venture to and rest in a comfortable refuge, where you can enjoy some beautiful evening views.

I'm Mountain leader since 2014 and I lived in Savoie (french northern Alps) for a long time before living in Lyon. I already have guided clients in mountains like Chartreuse, Bauges, Vercors, Belledonne, Vanoise or Beaufortain. My favorite kind of hike is in a wild place, out of the main paths, with large landscapes. I know many trips like this during one, two or more days, with refuge or not. Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland.
