I invite you on this wonderful day of backcountry skiing which we will indulge in, as we traipse and traverse around the glorious skiing conditions of Breckenridge, Colorado, known the world over for its **awesome runs and mesmerizing scenery**. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or have been skiing for years, we are able to cater for skiers of all levels and abilities.

Nestled within the internationally renowned Rocky Mountains, Breckenridge has a fascinating history intertwined with the Gold Rush, and is a former mining town. It is now known as **a veritable alpine and outdoor activity playground**, and every year some of the biggest events on the ski and snowboard calendar are held here.

After meeting in Brekenridge and going over a quick safety and equipment check, we then head to the slopes for our skiing. There are multiple runs available depending on how you feel, and the **relatively remote and pristine areas** we go to ensure that crowds are never much of an issue.

Breathing in the **crisp, cool and fresh air** on the slopes will make you feel more alive than ever, and some of the sweeping, panoramic views you will be exposed to are truly awe-inspiring.

**The alpine forests and surrounding landscapes and terrain are captivating and idyllic**, and throughout the day we will ensure you are at optimum comfort and ease.

We then finish in the afternoon, hopefully having improved your skiing technique and increasing your hunger to delve in to more skiing in this spectacular region.

Come and explore the sublime wilderness of some of colorful Colorado’s most breath-taking scenery in Summit County!

Located in the center of the state, Summit County is home to numerous of the Colorado’s iconic 14ers as well as the beautiful Dillon Reservoir. The country really is a backcountry skier’s paradise.

We will meet early in the morning in order to spend as much time as possible out on the powder, skiing high alpine ridges and snow-capped summits.

We will be near both the Breckenridge and Keystone ski resorts, but it will feel nothing like that. There is nothing like skiing in the solitude of the mountains, enjoying something few other skiers will – undisturbed powder with no other skiers in sight.

Depending on your skill level, we will tailor the perfect itinerary to suit your needs; both challenging you to improve your skills as well as selecting scenic routes that will leave you wondering why you haven’t done something like this already.

Join me on this epic 1+ day backcountry ski tour through the skiing mecca of Summit County, Colorado, and I promise you will make memories to last a lifetime, as we wind our way through this **world famous and absolutely stunning landscape and terrain, whilst also taking in the absolutely awesome views across the valleys.**

Summit County is located in the state of Colorado, **just a 90 minute drive from Denver**, and provides flawless, pristine and perfect conditions for skiing and winter outdoor activities. **The near constant snow throughout winter, combined with large amounts of sunshine during the year makes it an ideal place to backcountry ski**, and it is also home to the famous Breckenridge ski resort.

We meet in the morning where safety information will be dispensed, before heading off to ski the mountains as soon as possible. Along the way we will go through some of the gorgeous areas on offer such as **the Tenmile Range, the Gore Range and the Front Range.**

As mentioned the views are truly special and captivating, as **tree-lined alpine forests descend down the snowy mountains to vast tracts of valleys and waterways.**

We finish the activity back where we started, having seen the delights of Summit County and improved our backcountry skiing!
