Begleiten Sie mich und lassen Sie uns gemeinsam den Mönch (4107 m) in diesem 1-tägigen Programm besteigen! Er ist einer der drei ikonischen Gipfel der Berner Alpen, zusammen mit dem Eiger (3970 m) und der Jungfrau (4158 m).
Der Mönch ist ein perfekter Tagesausflug über den Südwestgrat oder Südgrat. Beginnend mit der ersten Seilbahn von Grindelwald-Grund, werden wir am Nachmittag nach Grindelwald zurückkehren.
Die Seilbahn/Zug fährt das ganze Jahr über, sodass dieser Aufstieg auch während des gesamten Herbstes bis Anfang Dezember möglich ist.
Wir treffen uns um 7:15 Uhr an der Station Eiger Expresse in der Grindelwald-Grund Seilbahn (nicht in den Kosten enthalten), fahren hinauf zur Kleinen Scheidegg und setzen dann unseren Weg zum Jungfraujoch fort, wo wir den Aufstieg beginnen.
Die normale Route (Südostgrat) ist ein moderater Aufstieg, der durch felsiges Gelände und Schneekämme führt und etwa 6 Stunden dauert, um die 650 Meter Höhenunterschied zu bewältigen. Wir können auch den Südwestgrat nehmen, der technischer und schwieriger ist, und das Verhältnis von Führer zu Kunde beträgt 1:1.
Dieser Aufstieg ist eine perfekte Möglichkeit, Ihre Technik zu testen und sich an die Höhe anzupassen. Außerdem eine großartige Gelegenheit, Ihre Bergsteigerfähigkeiten in diesem speziellen Gelände einzusetzen. Der Aufstieg zum Mönch ist mit PD bewertet, mit Neigungen bis zu 45 Grad.

In high altitude mountains, I have lot of experience, working many years in this game with well-established partners, for example as guide on Mount Everest (Summit success 2003 with 7 members).
In my program you will find fine mountain journeys with or without skis. We will offer you not just the climb and a summit successes! Mountains are not gyms!

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger.
