This Monte Rosa climbing program is ideal to tackle several 4000-meter peaks and train your mountain climbing skills.

We will be in a glacial environment in the stunning Monte Rosa massif. The program is progressive, each day will prepare us for the next.

First, we reach the Mantova refuge easily with the help of the cable car. The hut will be our base at the heart of Monte Rosa. During these 3 days of mountaineering, we will cover the basics of crampon use as well as high mountain safety techniques. Then we will attack the emblematic 4000s of Monte Rosa.

This program is adequate for eager beginners. Although it doesn't involve great difficulty, you are advised to have some experience walking with crampons and hiking in the mountains carrying your backpack with some gear in it.

In order to join this trip it's important to be in good shape and fit, but it's ok if you are beginners about technical skills. It's a long walk so if you are sporty and with hike experience you can do it. Expect to be on the go for 6 to 8 hours per day with approx 900 to 1300 m ascent/descent.

We will meet in Gressoney-Staffal.

From there we set off to the Mantova mountain hut where we leave our bags. A glacier workshop near the mountain hut enables us to go over basic mountaineering techniques.

Today’s aim is the Punta Gniffetti (4554 m). This climb is not to be missed out on and offers spectacular views of the Monte Rosa summits.

Last day in the Monte Rosa area, we climb up the glacier to the beautiful Vincent Pyramide (4215 m), a nice and easy route to progressively get into the mountaineering universe. This climb is not to be missed out on and offers spectacular views of the Monte Rosa summits.

We head back to the mountain hut to grab our stuff and make our way down to Gressoney.

3-day mountaineering tour in Monte Rosa

**The Monte Rosa traverse** is an unforgettable hut-to-hut journey among mountains over 4000 meters of height. Come with me and discover this amazing mountain range!

The program that I’d like to propose here will take 5 days. However, I can adapt it according to your preferences, your technical level, and the time you have in the region.

The program starts from the **Ayas Valley.** We’ll quietly begin the trek in order to acclimatize our bodies. We will then walk through beautiful glaciers in direction to the **Capanna Regina Margherita**. As you may know, it is the highest mountain hut in Europe at 4554 meters.

Departure from Saint-Jacques at 1697 meters in the Val d’Ayas from where the jeep or the lifts will take us to the Bettolina pass at 3058 meters. From there we will take an acclimatization hike around the Quintino Sella Hut at 3602 meters.

From Quintino Sella, we will take the passage of the Lyskamm’s Nose (4272 meters), our first ascent, to reach the **Gniffeti Hut** at 3455 m.

FromGnifetti Hut at the foot of the Garstelet glacier, we will climb up to the Gnifetti Peak (4554 meters), next to Regina Margherita Hut, the highest observatory in Europe.

From the Margherita Hut, we will down to **Lys glacier** and then we will climb up in sequence to Ludwigshöhe (4341 m), **Balmenhorn** (4167 meters), then to the summit of the **Pyramide Vincent** at 4213 meters. We will finish our tour descending to the **Refuge Mantova** (3455m).

From the Mantova Hut, we will cross the **Indrend Glacier** to join the **Ferraro Hut** where we will enjoy a good final lunch. After lunch, we will descend towards Saint-Jacques.

Monte Rosa 5-day mountaineering traverse

The **Alps** have been for a long time the world’s best spot to do mountaineering. There are hundreds of possibilities in these mountains and all these in an outstanding environment.

We can leave together for either one or several days. We will select together an itinerary based on the activity (rock / ice climbing, via ferrata, mountaineering, glacier hike…) you would like to do, also your health, technical level and the time you have for the trip.

It will be my great pleasure to show you the way in the Alps, make sure you come back home safely but also to share with you my passion about the outdoor.

If it’s your first time, then I will teach you the basics. On the other hand, if you are more experienced, you know most probably what you want to do, what you want to achieve, the summit or the wall you want to climb. Therefore, we will discuss about your plans together and define something tailor made. I will make sure your time with me in the mountains become unforgettable memories.

I come for the Aosta Valley in Italy and I know this region very well but we can of course go to other areas… Let’s just talk about it and define the best spot to go based on what you want to do!

##### **Le PETIT MONT BLANC 3424 m**

From the bottom of Val Veny, we will walk to the lake and then climb to the bivouac Rainetto at 3046 m. One last effort and we set foot on this beautiful peak of the Alps with a breathtaking panorama.  
7 to 9 hours walking (go and back).

##### **AIGUILLE DE TOULA 3538 m**

We go to the Palud where we take the cable car that leads to the Pointe Helbronner. Then we go up the Aiguille Tula.

Meeting in Cervinia. Take the lift till Plateau Rosa (3480m). From there, climb Breithorn and go back through the same way.

Spaghetti Tour from Switzerland

Join me on this adventure through some of the most beautiful mountains in the world: the **Alps**. During this 2 day trip, we will climb three stunning peaks in the **Monte Rosa** Massif: **Pyramid Vincent** (4,215 m.), **Punta Gnifetti** (4,549 m.) and **Balmenhorn** (4167 m).

Come with me on this journey. I promise you will feel like you are walking amongst the clouds. You will contemplate everything that the **Alps**, the most extensive mountain range in Europe, have to offer. You will be dazzled by all the natural beauty that surround this region, from colossal mountains to humble flowers.

The spectacular **Monte Rosa Massif** is located right at the border between **Italy** and **Switzerland**. This mountain has a unique character, as it is one of the tallest guardians of this region.

Our first trek and the beginning of our adventure, will be the perfect way to acclimatize. We will climb **Pyramid Vincent**, a mountain that lies entirely within Italian territory.

**Pyramid Vincen**t is just one of the many wonderful things that will be waiting for you. We will also reach another unique destination, the highest shelter in Europe, **Cabanne Margherita** (4,549 m.).

**Pyramid Vincent** and **Cabanne Margherita** won’t be the only places you see. I will take you as well to **Punta Gnifetti** (4,549 m.) and the **Balmenhorn**, also known as Cristo delle Vette ( 4,167 m.) That means we will reach an altitude of over 4,100 meters in just two days.

Monte Rosa 2-day mountaineering trip

This **2 day ascent** of the **Pilastro Vincent (4,045m)** is a wild, challenging and exhilarating journey.

Located in the **lost valley of the Piode glacier**, in the **Alps** of **Italy**, the **Pilastro Vincent** is a jagged peak of red rock.

Over the course of **2 days**, you will get to feel an incredible thrill, while enjoying some amazing views of one of the lesser known areas of the **Italian Alps**. however, don’t let the hidden nature of the **Pilastro Vincent** fool you because it is an amazing peak. The climb can be difficult however. But it is the challenge that makes the experience so special.

Each day of this trip is unique and exciting. To start, on the **first day**, we will walk for **approximately 5-6 hours** from **Alagna** to the **Guglielmina hut**. The first day’s climb will see us ascending almost **1,900 metres**. At the hut, formally known as the **Valsesia hut**, you will get much needed rest for the day to come.

On **day 2** of our journey, we will make our way to the **Piode glacier**. The glacier is a sight to behold, and you will get plenty of time to admire it. Afterwards, we will climb another **400 metres.** This part of the adventure will be tough. It will involve some careful manoeuvring because the angles are a challenge. However, when you complete the difficult, yet satisfying ascent, you will be granted even more spectacular views. After that, we will make our way to the lifts that will take us back to the **Indren glacier**.

**The challenge and the wild surroundings of the Pilastro Vincent make it perfect for those with adventurous spirits. And it is my pleasure to help you satisfy the desires of that spirit.
