With so many things to learn when it comes to **Rock Climbing**, it may be difficult to know where to start. However, I will see to it that we figure out the perfect place, and the perfect level of instruction.

Here in the **Oberland Region** of the **Alps**, there are many different types of **Rock Climbing**. You can climb **Granite Walls** and **Ridges**. Or you can take **Multi-Lane Tours**, or you can scale **Giant Pillars** and **Peaks**.

There is also a great variety of locations in this region to choose from as well. Hence why this tour is about so much more than learning, but also about exploring, and of course, enjoying. And it doesn't matter if you are a **Beginner** looking to learn the basics. Or if you are a seasoned **Mountaineer** looking to take that next step to the world's mightiest peaks. I can help you, guide you, and advise you.

Explore the iconic **Haute Route** across the three Alpine countries: Switzerland, Italy and France. Try a new holiday destination and enjoy these exciting and beautiful ski slopes.

As for the itinerary we’ll meet at **Zermatt**. From there, we’ll descend and climb up to the **Schönbielhütte** at 3.694 meters. That evening, we’ll relax with views from the **Matterhorn**.

Day 2 will be spent climbing the magnificent **Tête blanche glacier** at 3.724 meters. We’ll then descend to **Arolla** and spend the night in a hotel. The following day, we’ll take a lift to climb over the **Pas de Chèvres** (2.855m) towards the **Cab des Dix** (2.928m). We can even climb the **la Luette** (3.548m) if the group is interested.

On the fourth day, we’ll climb the **Glacier du Cheillon** to the **Col de la Serpentine** (3.542m). The descents from there are unforgettable! On day 5, we’ll climb over the Fenêtre Durand (2.797m) and savor a long descent into the Valpelline. On our last day, we’ll relish in glacier summits and fascinating descents into **Chamonix**.

This trip implies 5-6 hours of ascents per day and, most days, we’ll need to take a backpack with us. So be sure to have a strong fitness condition.

Join me for a **4-day Guided Tour** of the spectacular **Trient Glacier** in the famous **Alps Mountain Range**.

This tour will take you through several beautiful parts of the famed **Alps**. It will also span two countries, **France** and **Switzerland**. However, the real highlight is the **Trient Glacier**. Over **4 km** long with an area of over **6 km**, seeing this enormous glacier is something you won't forget. And you will not just be seeing this amazing glacier either. Instead, on the third day of the tour, you will be trekking over it.

Perfect for **Beginners**, this trip does **Not Require Previous Climbing Experience**. The hikes range from **3-5 hours**, but are not too strenuous.

Over the course of those hikes, you will so many amazing things, you'll be shocked that you were able to do it in only **4 days**. From the **Chalet des Grands** to the **Col du Tour**, where you will see the incredible **Mont Blanc Mountain (4,810m)**, the **Highest Mountain in the Alps**. You will also get to see the many peaks surrounding the famous **Chamonix**, such as the **Aiguille du Midi (3,842m)**. After that, we cross the **Plateau du Trient** that offers unmatched views of nature's magnificence. Finally, on the last day, after leaving the wonderful **Cabane du Trient**, we will climb the **Pointe d'Orny** and admire the sunrise, before making our descent to **Champex**.

We start the tour on the Col de la Forcla (1,527m) and make our way to the Buvette du Glacier du Trient. We ascend to the Chalet des Grands and stay the night.

Chalet des Grands (2,113m)

We go into France today. After about an hour we reach the Col du Tour (3,281m) and continue on to the Refuge Albert and stay the night.

Refuge Albert (2,702m)

We climb up over the glacier and over the Col du Tour and return to Switzerland. We cross the plateau du Trient until we reach the Cabane du Trient and stay the night.

Cabane du Trent (3,170m)

We climb the Pointe d’Orny, before returning to the hut and and packing up. Afterwards, we descend over the glacier d’Orny and continue along the mountain path before taking the chair lift down to Champex, and from there participants make their own way home.
