In this stunning location, we teach Introduction to the Outdoors(Sport), Learn to Lead, as well as preparation courses to tackle big wall climbing. We will show you all the best routes for whatever grade your group is comfortable climbing.

Peñas de Dexcaní resulted from a volcano eruption that formed beautiful cliffs on the side of a mountain in the middle of the oak tree reserve. As you can imagine, the views alone make the Peñas worth the visit. Furthermore, there are routes to satisfy climbers of all levels, and we will design the itinerary to make sure the route is suited to you.

Jilotepec is just a drive away from the cliffs, and a great town to spend the night in as there are great restaurants and accommodation options. **Peña de Bernal is the highest monolith in the world and it boasts a wide variety of multi-pitch routes for all levels. On this rock climbing adventure, we will take you to the best routes in the region suited to your level.** 

Peña de Bernal is made up of porphyritic granite. The rock, although incredibly hard, does not hold traditional gear, but does allow the routes to be safely ascended on fixed protection. The beautiful color is due to the lack of iron and magnesium in the igneous rock which gives it a pink hue.
