1-day Giovanni Lipella Via Ferrata with Tofana di Rozes Summit

Join one of our experienced guide for this challenging but rewarding day of climbing the Giovanni Libella Via Ferrata to reach the summit of Tofana di Rozes!

We will meet up early in the morning (location to be decided upon booking) and check our gear before heading out to the trailhead and hiking to the starting point of the Via Ferrata.

Tucked in the heart of the Italian Dolomites, we will enjoy the breathtaking alpine scenery as we spend the day climbing up this Via Ferrata and over the occasional rope and plank bridge.

It will be a long day, taking us about six hours to reach the Three Fingers and then another two hours to reach the summit. Our route will be quite challenging for the duration as we approach via the northwest slope along ledges and steep steps.

We will likely encounter snow toward the top. It is also imperative to be mindful of falling rocks as we climb. In all, we will gain roughly 900 meters of altitude during our climb, but don’t worry, it will all be worth it.

The views from the top are absolutely stunning. We will have panoramic vistas of all the surrounding mountains and alpine valleys. You will feel like you are on top of the world.
