Description

Definitely one of the most popular trekking routes in Nepal, we are happy to offer a 10-day trekking adventure to the Annapurna Base Camp.

Throughout this adventure, you will be exploring the heart of the Annapurna Mountains. You will get to admire a number of enormous and stunning peaks. You will also get to visit a number of wonderful local villages, where you can meet wonderful people and enjoy the incredible Nepalese culture. There are even relaxing hot spring at Jhinu Danda that you can enjoy after a long day of trekking!

Our journey will begin in Kathmandu. From there, we will take a wonderfully scenic drive to Pokhara. In the village of Pokhara, you will get to see a number of amazing Himalayan Peaks, including Manaslu (8,156m) to the east and Dhaulagiri (8,167m) to the west. After Pokhara, the trekking will begin. You will get to visit and spend a night in several wonderful villages. Those villages include Ghandruk, Chommrong, Dovan and Deurali. After that, you will get to visit the Annapurna Base Camp. The views at the camp are tremendous and will definitely take your breath away!

After the base camp, we will start descending, passing through places like Sinuwa and Siwai. During this final stretch of the trip, you will get to enjoy more spectacular views of the mountains.

Since we will be trekking between 5 and 7 hours per day on this trip, you should be in good physical condition.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

After your arrival in Kathmandu, you will picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel, where you will spend the night.

Day 2: Drive to Pokhara (900m)

Today we will take an approximately 7 hour drive to Pokhara, where we will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 3: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk (1,940m)

The day will begin with an approximately 2 hour drive from Pokhara to Nayapul. After that, we will trek for approximately 4 hours to Ghandruk, where we will spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 4: Chommrong (2,140m)

We will trek for approximately 5 hours to Chommrong, where we will spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 5: Dovan (2,500m)

For approximately 5.5 hours, we will trek to Dovan, where we will spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 6: Deurali (3,200m)

Today, we will trek for approximately 4 hours to Deurali, where we will spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 7: Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m)

We will trek for approximately 5 hours to the Annapurna Base Camp, where you will get to enjoy amazing views of the Himalayas. We will spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 8: Sinuwa (2,360m)

Early in the morning we will trek for approximately 6 hours down to Sinuwa. Throughout the hike, you will get to gaze at Annapurna’s collection of peaks. We will spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 9: Trek to Siwai and drive to Pokhara

Passing through several villages, we will make our way to Siwai. From there, we will drive to Pokhara, where you will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 10: Return to Kathmandu

From Pokhara, we will return to Kathmandu. The journey will take approximately 7 hours. After arriving, we will have a farewell dinner. After that, you can relax and rest in the hotel for the night.
