11-day Mardi Himal trek in the remote Annapurna region of Nepal

We’ll take you to several remote and beautiful villages of the Annapurna region on this incredible Mardi Himal trek. For 11 days, you’ll traverse breathtaking landscapes of forests, rivers, pasturelands and mountains in so scenic a setting and learn about the unique culture of the local people.

This off-the-beaten-trek is specially designed to take you to unexplored areas of the beautiful Annapurna region. It is a moderate level hike, so as long as you have a fit body, you should be just fine.

The trail will lead through forests of oak, juniper, maple, and rhododendrons.  You’ll spend your time exploring the amazing plant and animal life of the area, and if you are lucky, you might as well spot a few rare animals on your way.

The trip also involves a visit to the Annapurna Sanctuary and offers stunning vistas of many towering peaks like the Machhapuchhre Himal, the Mardi Himal, Mount Annapurna and many others.

We’ll begin and end our journey in the capital city of Kathmandu. From there, we’ll drive to the lake-side city of Pokhara, and further head towards Phedi to begin the trek.

Beginning at the Forest Camp at Kokar,  the following days will take us to many camps including the Low Camp, the High Camp and an Upper viewpoint until we reach Siding village. As you’ll cross these villages, you’ll get a chance to see the warm hospitality and unique customs of native people and it sure will turn out to be a truly enriching experience.

By the last day, we’ll come back to Katmandu with so many unbelievable memories to end our incredible trek.
