The Columbia Mountains in western Canada are a great combination of access and adventure. Surrounded by world-class wilderness, top quality of snow, and captivating summits of every shape and size, it’s no wonder the region from the Bugaboos to Rogers Pass has become one of the most sought after areas in North America.

Now it is your turn to experience a true Canadian journey on an 11-day ski traverse through this unrivaled scenic landscape. High passes, exposed ridges, and long runs abound on this remarkable tour through the Purcell and Selkirk Mountains. Crossing glaciers and reaching mountain tops, you will experience the most exciting aspects of ski touring and camp along the way.

Your objectives can include the iconic granite spires of the Bugaboos, active glaciers, and National Historic Sites. With 11 days to peruse the wild and ski in snow straight from a dream, there are plenty of options for your immersive program in the heart of British Columbia. Depending on our dedication and the weather conditions, we may be able to complete the traverse sooner than expected.

Our evenings will be spent at camp, giving us a true traverse experience that is considered one of the greatest in Canada. We will set up and break down our camps while heading to each objective. There are possible technical ascents, providing ambitious participants a chance to really test their might in the deep wilderness.

This trip requires a high level of fitness and backcountry skiing experience. A sustained trip in the elements of Canada also necessitates the mental fortitude to successfully complete the journey.

This area is incredibly beautiful, and I am honored to share it with you. We will have a safe and satisfying traverse that you will undoubtedly remember for the rest of your life.

So what are you waiting for? Book this 11-day ski traverse NOW and tour through the immaculate terrain of Canada on a classic course from the Bugaboos to Rogers Pass!

We can also try a four-day hut-to-hut traverse near Lake Louise in an equally delightful part of Canada!

Guide cancelled within 48 hrs and I was unable to find someone else and so far I’ve not been refunded. Put a small dent in my otherwise great trip to Revelstoke.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!

Nate was very knowledgeable and got me to the top of mountain. He’s not as engaging as most of the guides I’ve had over the years. I’ve learned a lot about most of my climbs as guides talk about the mountain and the area maybe even plant and animals and I enjoy getting to know them better. We did talk a bit more on the way out of the trailhead. All in all a good experience. But not sure your company told him I had a knee replacement and would be slow.
