Summit the iconic Mont Blanc quickly and efficiently during this 2 day guided climb!

Mont Blanc is among the crown jewels of the Alps, a climb that draws thousands of climbers every season who seek to push their limits on its rocky alpine slopes. An ascent of Mont Blanc is a rite of passage for many mountaineers. While difficult, it is not a technical climb, making it a more accessible option for some.

I offer 2 day guided climbs to the summit of this legendary peak in a fast and efficient manner, for those who want to reach the summit without lingering among the crowds. After meeting on the first day, we begin by taking the Les Houches cable car, followed by the train to Nid d’Aigle. From there, a trek of about 4.5 hours takes us to Gouter Hut at 3815 m. We make our summit push early the next morning, and descend back to Les Houches.

To participate in this efficient 2 day ascent, you should have some previous mountaineering experience, including good technical skills and a high fitness level. You should be comfortable walking with crampons and using an ice axe. As we will be moving quickly, there will not be time for acclimatization during this climb. You should already be acclimatized before we depart for the mountain.

Book now to enjoy the iconic alpine views from the Mont Blanc massif as you complete the legendary climb in a quick and efficient 2 day trip!

If you are booking early (around December), I am happy to arrange accommodation in huts. Otherwise, you are responsible for reserving your spot yourself. Our first choice is Gouter Hut. This hut has a capacity of 120, and spots are released online beginning mid-December. Beds for the peak season usually sell out 15 minutes after being released. Last minute spots are available 3 days before the night you are trying to reserve and can be booked by contacting the hut directly. In the event that Gouter hut is not available, out alternate hut is Tete Rousse, which can be booked online 45 days before the trip, or on a last minute basis.

About the guide

Mountains have been part of my life for more than two decades now. It's been an intense relationship that consumed my everything. First, I practiced skiing and all forms of climbing: sport, traditional, big wall, aid, ice and mixed. I risked it all, giving my life away and winning it back on big and hard mountain faces.

Some years later, I studied paramedicine and joined the Heli-Rescue service. I witnessed my own triumph as an alpinist and tragedy as a rescuer, which completed my understanding of what the mountain is in relation to people. This was the beginning of the end of my alpinist alter ego.

In 2016 I climbed Cerro Torre and pushed a new line as a mountaineer in Patagonia. This was the climbing climax which gave way to my mountain guiding career: my third and most balanced perspective on the world of mountains and on the mountains of the world. Since then, I've guided climbing and skiing trips in the Alps, the Caucasus range, the Cordillera Blanca in Peru and in the mountains ranges of Eastern Europe, among others.

Appreciating happiness through the eyes of others is what finally brought harmony to me, and this is what I want to share with people.
