A 2-day course to the highest summit in the Alps. Join Mihnea, an IFMGA-certified mountain guide, for this incredible Mont Blanc ascent!
Climbing to the top of Mont Blanc (4810 m), the highest peak of the Alps, is a dream for most mountain lovers.
The ascent to the summit has become very popular and it offers a rewarding experience. However, due to the high altitude, mountain and glacier conditions, this climb is not one to underestimate. The routes can be also very crowded sometimes.
This 2-day ascent is perfect for climbers with a very good fitness level and previous acclimatization or prepared for a long effort at altitude. Also you must have some mountaineering skills, such as walking in crampons, using ice axe, etc.
I propose to guide you to the summit of Mont Blanc taking either of this these classic routes: Gouter Route or Trois Monts route.
On the Three Monts route I can only take one person, due to the route´s changing conditions and its length.
Would you like to join me on this 2-day ascent to the highest peak in the Alps? Request to book this trip!
Remember that this 2-day ascent is only suitable for experienced mountaineers with previous acclimatization. People with less experience, should check out my 5-day program: 5-day course to Mont Blanc summit.
Depending on the route chosen the one night accommodation is done either at Gouter, Tete Rousse or Cosmique huts.
Not included in the price: accommodation at mountain huts, food at mountain huts, lift transportation for clients and guide + gear rentals for clients if needed, personal insurance for clients, extra snacks, etc. Prices for accommodation and lifts can be found mostly on www.chamonix.com so you can have a general idea for an estimated price. Please note that I can only take one client on the Trois Monts route.
Early meeting, equipment check and climb to Refuge de Gouter, Tete Rousse or Cosmique.
Early breakfast (2 or 3 am) and start climbing, reach the summit and descend all the way down to the valley (to the train station or lift station).
I’m an IFMGA mountain guide, a geographer and a passionate alpinist and climber.
I started going in the mountains as a child, at first very close to my home, in the Romanian Carpathians. In these mountains I discovered the passion for outdoor activities and climbing. It was not long until I started discovering other mountains and their challenges and I began building a "mountain climbing lifestyle".
I went in different expeditions around the world and I am always looking for interesting challenges in far away mountain ranges. As often as possible I spend my time in the Alps, training, climbing and enjoying life.
I became a national mountain guide in Romania in 2011. Since then, I love sharing my passion for the mountains and I enjoy taking clients to incredible places. I'm also a volunteer in educational activities to promote the values of authentic alpinism.
I believe in self development and always getting better at what I do, so in 2015 I joined the IFMGA mountain guide training program at EEMGA (East European Mountain Guides Association) and became a fully certified IFMGA mountain guide in 2018.
It will be my pleasure to guide you in any adventure in the mountains.

Mont Blanc is a beautiful climb, due to a tight schedule a 2 day was the only option for me and while we summited the mountain it felt like we lucked out with a clear weather window. My guide, Mihnea was great! He looked after all the details and offered guidance with my basic mountaineering skills. I would definitely go climbing with him again and would recommend him to anyone!

I might recommend to extend the trip with a couple of more days to make sure the weather dont stop you from reaching the summit, and also to enjoy being in the mountains.
I had a brilliant time on my 2 day climbing ascent of Mont Blanc. The guide was great and I really enjoyed the challenge of the climb aswell as the stunning views and scenery. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is thinking of climbing Mont Blanc and feels they have the fitness and ability to do so in limited time and feels they are able enough for the harder Trois Monts route. It truely was an amazing experience!
Safe and reliable guiding services. Would strongly recommend if you are fit and willing.
