  • Conquer a summit of Monte Rosa, the second highest mountain in western Europe.

  • Ascend to Margherita Hut, the highest mountain hut in Europe.

  • Climb via a classic alpine route.

The mountain massif of Monte Rosa, part of the eastern Pennine Alps, is the second highest in the Alps and western Europe.

Join me as we ascend 4,554 meters above sea level to the Margherita Hut, the highest mountain refuge in Europe. It clings to the peak of Punta Gnifetti, 1 of 4 peaks on Monte Rosa.

Our ascent is via the classic alpine route on glistening glaciers and blankets of snow.

Due to the relative ease of difficulty this 2-day guided ascent is open to those with less experience of mountaineering.

Reserve your place now to conquer 1 of 4 peaks of Monte Rosa, western Europe’s second highest. And ascend the peak to Europe’s highest mountain refuge.

Franco was a very professional guide. If you are not familiar with the trails in the Apuan Alps I highly recommend you hire this company - for ease of mind and safety. I am a former mountain guide in the United States.
