Description

The mountain massif of Monte Rosa, part of the eastern Pennine Alps, is the second highest in the Alps and western Europe.

Join me as we ascend 4,554 meters above sea level to the Margherita Hut, the highest mountain refuge in Europe. It clings to the peak of Punta Gnifetti, 1 of 4 peaks on Monte Rosa.

Our ascent is via the classic alpine route on glistening glaciers and blankets of snow.

Due to the relative ease of difficulty this 2-day guided ascent is open to those with less experience of mountaineering.

It was my first climbing experience and it couldn’t have been better. My guide Franco chose a climbing spot that allowed for varying degrees of difficulty, took his time to explain safety, all the different tools, show me basic techniques, and guided me through the pitches to help improve my skills over the day. We were able to do several pitches of varying difficulty to explore and push my limits and get comfortable with the elevation. Thank you! I highly recommend him.

Really great climbing experience near Cinque Terre. The location was beautiful and our guide was fantastic. 1/2 of our group was experienced and 1/2 was not. Our guide made sure to find an area to accommodate everyone's abilities. Would highly recommend this experience!

I got to spend two amazing days climbing on two of the most beautiful climbing places you could think of. The guides were fantastic! Everything was well prepared, they took good care of everything and everyone, making sure we all felt safe and satisfied at all times. So if you want to start climbing as a beginner in one of the top 20 climbing spots of the world, or if you already have climbing experience and simply want to improve your technique or skills. Or if you’re already an experienced climber and you simply are looking for super professional climbing partners, this is what you have to go for! I feel like I made friends and will definitely come back next year to climb again with these lovely guys 🏼🏼🏼
