Description

This 2-day Val d’Aran advanced off piste skiing course is designed to improve your backcountry skiing technique.

This means that I'll teach you both how to go up effortlessly and go down with more style. Please note that this course can only be taught in Spanish.

Many people think that off piste skiing is just going down through some powder snow. But there is much more to it if you want to get the most out of an adventure like this. First, I will help you to chose your line, by watching the slopes and understanding the snow conditions. Then I'll show you how to save energy climbing up with your skies and how to move on dangerous areas.

I'll also teach you some techniques to enjoy the most out of the run down. This will be a a small and personalized group, so I'll be watching you at every moment and showing you how to move better. And when we'll finish the day you'll see how much more fun you had and how less sore you are.

So please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have about this 2-day Val d’Aran advanced off piste skiing course. I’ll get everything ready for you to enjoy the most about it.

And if you’d like to check out some of my other courses, please take a look at my Val d’Aran ice climbing course or my 2-day Val d’Aran introductory alpine course.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
