Trek through the wonderful Himalayan valleys for 21 days and discover amazing landscapes, views and culture. We’ll hike to the Nar Phu valley in the Manang district, a hidden valley of about 300 inhabitants, and visit incredible places along the way.

We’ll meet at the Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and spend a whole day visiting the most important sites of the capital. Then, we’ll drive to Bhulbhule, from where our hiking trip will begin.

During the trip, we’ll get to enjoy stunning views of the Annapurna massif, the Marshyangdi River and the whole Himalayan valley. We’ll also visit different Bhotia villages and learn about their traditional way of life. The Nar Phu valley has been recently opened for tourism, so its inhabitants still conserve their ancient culture and traditions.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival day in Kathmandu

We’ll meet at the Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour & Preparation

Sightseeing spots include the World Heritage Site of Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the “Monkey Temple” (Swayambhu Nath), and the Buddhists shrine (Bouddha Nath).

Day 3: Drive to Bhulbhule

Day 4: Trek to Syange

Day 5: Syange trek to Tal

Day 6: Tal trek to Timang

Day 7: Timang trek to Koto

Day 8: Koto trek to Dharmashala

Day 9: Dharmashala trek to Meta

Day 10: Meta trek to Phu

Day 11: Phu trek to Kyang

Day 12: Kyang trek to Nar

Day 13: Nar Trek to Kangla Pass

Day 14: Nawal trek to Manang

Day 15: Manang trek to Thorong Phedi

Day 16: Thorong Phedi trek to Muktinath

Day 17: Muktinath trek to Jomsom

Day 18: Jomsom to Pokhara
