Come explore Teri-La, a recently discovered trekking route located in the Mustang region of Damodar Himal, in Nepal.

An ancient kingdom stands out among the highest peaks of the world. Mustang is a district located in the north of Nepal in the border area with the Tibetan plateau. On this 31 day trek, you will immerse yourself in the culture and landscapes of this interesting region. The combination of nature and culture will allow you to live in first person the uniqueness of Nepal.

This 31-day trek starts in Kathmandu, the capital and biggest city in the country. During the first days of the trip, you will be able to visit some of the typical monasteries of the city.
