The Cordillera Blanca, or “White Range,” extends for 200 km and forms part of the Peruvian Andes. With tall, snow-capped peaks, pristine glacial lakes and interesting flora, it’s no wonder it’s a dream destination for trekkers and mountaineers.
This is your opportunity to hike in the heart of the Cordillera Blanca, exploring three significant gorges: Santa Cruz, Huaripampa and Llanganuco. You’ll also be able to admire some of Peru’s tallest mountains, including Huascarán (6,768 m), Alpamayo (5,947 m) and Huandoy (6,360 m).
The nights will be spent camping, and you’ll find there’s no better way to start the day than having breakfast with amazing mountain views.
We’ll travel a total distance of 42 km over the course of the four days, the highest point being 4,750 m in elevation. The trek does not require technical skills, nor is it very physically demanding, so anyone with a decent level of physical fitness is welcome to participate.
Book this trip now to spend four unforgettable days discovering the Cordillera Blanca.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
