The Huayhuash Range, which forms part of the Peruvian Andes, is one of the county’s most spectacular trekking destinations. Its tall, snow-capped peaks and colorful landscapes draw many adventurers.
This moderately difficult trek is the perfect opportunity to discover the range’s most impressive mountains and pristine glacial lakes in just four days.
Some of the mountains we’ll discover on our journey are Yerupaja (6,617 m), the third highest peak in Peru, Rasac (6,017 m), Jirishanca (6,094 m), Ninashanca (5,607 m), Rondoy (5,870 m) and Siula Grande (6,344 m).
