South-West Sardinia Multipitch Long Routes

Sardinia is a fantastic island in the Mediterranean sea. This italian paradise is brimming with wonderful geological formations, perfect for this rock climbing adventure. So join me, on this 4 day trip. And let’s explore the south side of this marvellous island, along the long routes.

South Sardinia offers high and rocky stretches of coastline, amongst wide and deep bays, inlets and rias, as well as some other smaller islands. In other words, is a true rock climbing paradise. And this itinerary is crafted especially for those wishing to enjoy the best of this Eden.

Thus, we’ll follow some of the most mesmerizing multi-pitch, long routes. Most of them are located in Sulcis Iglesiente. Due to the nature of the multi-pitch routes we’ll follow, we’ll be able to get different types of rock. Therefore, it will be an amazing opportunity for different type of climbers.

So, if you are an intermediate climber, wishing to improve your techniques, we’ll tackle the right walls to help you accomplish this. However, if you are an expert who wants to conquer bigger challenges, we’ll most certainly reach the ideal spots for you.

But, no matter your level of expertise, we will all enjoy unique spectacles, and the finest rock quality. Some routes are right by the ocean. And others will be in more isolated places inside the island. Also, if the weather allows it, we will attempt to reach the summit of the iconic Pan di Zucchero.
