Come with me on an experience to remember near Lake Garda. On this trip, I aim to teach women the basics of rock climbing. Together, we’ll experience a week immersed in the world of climbing.
Throughout the trip, you’ll learn about the different gear, techniques, safety system, movement and dangers on the mountains.
I’ve planned this trip so that you’ll enjoy varied and fun days. They’ll be a mixture of theory and mono-pitches, together with climbs on both via ferrata and mountainous ledges like the Sentiero dei Contrabbandieri.
The location for this trip is the Sarca Valley to the north of Lage Garda. There are excellent climbing spots here for all levels- we’ll have lots to keep us entertained. We can also camp in the valley, so together we’ll pitch our tents in the campsite and sleep there every night.
I’ll provide all the gear. You just need to show up with your tent (that can also be arranged if you don’t have one.) You’ll also need to have a decent base level of fitness because we’ll be climbing for several hours each day.
This is a unique experience in Lake Garda and one you do not want to miss. Get in touch today to sign up.
I also offer a three-day trip for intermediate and advanced female climbers in the Sarca Valley if that suits you better.
- Guiding fee
- Mountain guide expenses
Participants will need to pay the campsite which will be between 12 and 16 euro per day
We’ll use this day to go over the equipment (rope, harness, carabiners, protection, shoes). Then we’ll work on rock climbing mono-pitches with an emphasis on safety techniques.
Our activity for the day will be Rio Sallagoni. We’ll take a via ferrata there, then we’ll work on rock climbing mono-pitches focusing on basic techniques.
We’ll take the via ferrata Colodri to Muro dell’Asino rock
climbing mono-pitches area, here we’ll be able to focus on advanced techniques.
On day four we’ll go to the Sentiero dei Contrabbandieri (Smuggler trail) which is an exposed ledge protected with bolts and that has to be climbed with rope. You’ll also learn how to lead climb.
On the final day we’ll take on a multi-pitch climbing route

I was born in Bozen and I have been living all my life long in Fassa Valley, Dolomites. That's why my native language is ladin, a reto-romanic language spoken around Sella.
My big passion besides traveling is mountains and guiding because I love to show the people the beauty of the mountains.
I was a member of the Italian National Alpine Ski from 1990 to 1997 when I became Ski Instructor. In 2009
I became an IFMAG Mountain guide. I guide in the Dolomites, Sarca valley, Sizialian vulcanoes, Ortles Cevedale area, and Sardinia.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
