The craggy and picturesque Amalfi Coast is one of the most gorgeous destinations in Italy and a magnet for visitors from all over the world. This amazing coastline in southern Italy is located on the northern coast of the Salerno Gulf, on the Thyrrenian Sea.

I invite you to join me on a unique 6-day rock climbing trip in this wonderful destination, combining amazing rock and climbs with culture, history and entertainment.

The Amalfi Coast landscape is a series of charming villages with colorful buildings clinging dramatically to the cliffs, and amazing views of the sea. Since 1997, the Amalfi Coast is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During these days, you will discover picturesque Italian villages like Positano, the gem of the Amalfi Coast, boasting some of Italy’s finest hotels and restaurants.

The area has many small villages built on steep terraced coasts, interspersed with incredible limestone formations, making for a great rock climbing spot with unique views. Please note this is a climbing tour of low difficulty.

Our meeting point will be the city of Salerno, the capital of the Salerno province. I will take you to enjoy great climbs in cliffs like the Capo d’Orso, the Punta d’Aglio, and some great cliffs in Positano. We will also have time to relax and visit Salerno and Positano. Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
