Description

Would you like to try rock climbing for the first time? We have the perfect opportunity for you. Join us on a 1-day course in the Apuan Alps, in Tuscany, and learn different rock climbing techniques.

During the course, we'll teach you the moves you need to know for a safe use of the rope. We will also go over belaying techniques and the correct way of handling rope, with appropriate material.

When you practice rock climbing, you also need a good and balanced psychological attitude towards vertical space. Technique and expertise should always be accompanied by safety consciousness.

In this course, we'ill also teach you movement techniques for a correct body balance, rope handling and knots. Besides, we will put all what we learn into practice, for a safe progression on the wall.

We will start the course on a cliff and then move to the mountain. We'll also teach you how to climb on a mountain route safely and at the same time enjoy a pleasant time in the enchanting scenery of the mountains.

The Apuan Alps offer a wide range of rock climbing possibilities, for beginners and also for more experienced climbers. Most important, the view here are breathtaking!

EQUIPMENT. Climbing shoes, harness, helmet, 2 carabiners, 2 lanyards, trekking shoes, mountain clothing, bottle. Everything should be carried on a backpack, and it should contain more than your own stuff, also the common material (strings, climbing material, etc.).

Really great climbing experience near Cinque Terre. The location was beautiful and our guide was fantastic. 1/2 of our group was experienced and 1/2 was not. Our guide made sure to find an area to accommodate everyone's abilities. Would highly recommend this experience!

I got to spend two amazing days climbing on two of the most beautiful climbing places you could think of. The guides were fantastic! Everything was well prepared, they took good care of everything and everyone, making sure we all felt safe and satisfied at all times. So if you want to start climbing as a beginner in one of the top 20 climbing spots of the world, or if you already have climbing experience and simply want to improve your technique or skills.
