We’ll begin and end the journey in Kathmandu. From there, you’ll head towards Jiri and begin the trek. Walking along the Dudh Khosi and the Khumba Khola rivers, you’ll cross the Khumbu glacier. Passing through various mountain villages of Junbesi, Puiyan,  Namche Bazar, Machherma, Gokyo, Dzongla and many more, you’ll cross alpine forests to reach the Everest Base Camp to see striking views of Everest and the neighboring peaks.

The trek also includes a visit to Kala Patthar, which offers unobstructed views of the Everest. Ngozumpa glaciers, Gokyo Ri Peak and the holy lakes of the Gokyo Valley are a few of the many attractions of the trip. You’ll also visit several Buddhist monasteries and be amazed to experience the warm hospitality of the natives.

Regarding difficulty, this is a medium grade trek. So, all that you’ll require is a good level of fitness and a lot of enthusiasm to get onboard. We have also reserved a day for acclimatization, so you shouldn’t have to worry about mountain sickness. Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
