Description

Mount Alvear (1450m) is an impressive peak in the southern Andes. This 2-day mountaineering trip is your opportunity to reach its summit with an expert local guide. Join me for a fabulous alpine experience in Argentina!

Located in Ushuaia, in the province of Tierra del Fuego, the Alvear can be climbed at any time of the year. However, the best period is from late spring to the end of the summer. This will allow you to enjoy amazing rivers and waterfalls during the ascent!

This 2-day adventure will take us to the top of a beautiful mountain after crossing some awesome valleys, hanging glaciers and leafy forests. From the summit we will enjoy panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, the Darwin Range, and Escondido, Fagnano and Yehuin lakes!

So, if you are up for this 2-day mountaineering adventure in the Andes, please contact me! Let me guide you to the top of Mount Alvear, in Ushuaia!

And if you prefer shorter adventures, you can check out my hiking outings to the  Ojo del Albino and Martial glaciers.
